We accept returns for store credit only.
What is the timeline on exchange?
We must receive the merchandise within 10 days from the date of delivery.
What condition should the returned product be in?
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, the customer must write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org,and we will reply immediately. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +9714-882 7120 which remains open 10am-6pm on 5 DAYS (Sunday to Thursday).
If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:-
- Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.Please inform us in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags
- Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- Goods are faulty if they are received damaged.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable.
- We offer free returns within 14 days for products that are received broken. After 14 days, returns maybe charged for broken items. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Can I cancel my order before i receive it?
- We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the item/items are processed.
- Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order, refund will be credited in the same account within 3 working days.
