Our products are all ethically made in India. We are proud to offer handcrafted jewellery from some of India's most exciting independent brands.

We also sell our own line of jewellery under Dori, which are designed in our Dubai studio and made in our Jaipur workshop.

Most of our jewellery are made from brass plated in 18k or 22k gold for a clean finish. We also have pieces made from 925 or sterling silver.

We're grateful to be stocked at some of the Middle East's most exciting boutiques. Click here to find your local stockist. However, you can find our biggest collection here on our website.

We occasionally join popups and events in Dubai, which we announce over on Instagram. Make sure to follow us, or subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest updates!

Yes, we do. Our gift cards come in SIX denominations for every budget. Definitely a great way to surprise your loved one or yourself!

Yes, we do. All our jewellery comes with a bespoke pouch for storing. Gift boxes are also available upon request. Simply note your request upon checkout. Alternatively, you can email us with your order number at info@allthatdori.com and we'll arrange this for you.

Orders

Once you've successfully completed your purchase, we'll send you an order confirmation email containing your receipt. Make sure to check your junk mail or spam folder in case you can't find it!

Otherwise, you can email us at info@allthatdori.com and we'll resend this to you.

We accept payment via Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, AMEX and Paypal. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available for all orders placed in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

If you're having trouble paying for your order, please email us at info@allthatdori.com so we can help with alternative modes of payment.

Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping. Just make sure to give us a heads up so we can sort this out for you immediately, as we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Your refund will be processed through your mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

All currencies are accepted.

New customers get a discount code upon entering their email address in the pop up that appears. The code is sent to their email address.

Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders over AED150 to UAE and aed 350 to Saudi Arabia.

Yes, we do. We ship worldwide. The cost depends per country and/or region, and will automatically be calculated upon checkout.

If you're unable to find your country on the list, please email us at info@allthatdori.com and we'll see what we can do.

Orders usually take within 1-3 working days for Dubai, 2-4 working days for Abu Dhabi, and within a week for Saudi Arabia to be delivered. International orders on the other hand, usually take around 7-10 working days depending on the destination country and/or region. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges depending on the destination country. Customer will be liable for all import duties and charges, as we do not cover this cost.

International orders are sent a tracking number upon confirmation of the order.

Yes , as long as the shipment hasnt already been sent, you can change the shipping address

Yes, if you are local to dubai, please email us on info@allthatdori.com and you can collect the item in person from our workshop.

Returns & Exchanges

While we're sad to see you unsatisfied with your order, we're more than happy to assist you with this.If there's an issue with your order, please email us at info@allthatdori.com within 10 days to request for return or exchange. Items must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and unworn, to be eligible for replacement. Customer will shoulder all fees of the shipment, including the replacement.

Please note we only accept returns for store credit. For more info, please check our Returns & Exchange policy.

All items purchased on sales are deemed final. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

Care & Maintenance

Store your jewellery in its own pouch, set in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperature.

Remove your jewellery when washing up or showering, as soap particles may become lodged in stone settings and crevices. Soap can also leave a film over metal and stones, which can create a dull appearance. 

Reduce exposure of your jewellery to chemicals to avoid tarnishing of metals. We recommend only wearing your jewellery after you've finished applying makeup, perfume and other beauty products.

We work with a woman owned NGO in jaipur that uses old saris to create jewelry pouches!

We are committed to ethical and sustainable business practices, which is why we ensure that all our workers receive fair trade wages. This means that we compensate our artisans and employees with wages that are not only legal but also equitable, reflecting the true value of their skills, craftsmanship, and labor.

To minimize waste and uphold our commitment to sustainability, we repurpose materials from unsold pieces by melting down the stones and incorporating them into our next collection. This process allows us to reduce environmental impact while preserving the quality and beauty of our materials.
