OUR JEWELLERY

All our jewellery are proudly designed in-house by our founder, Bhavya Chandrahas. Our pieces are mostly inspired by her travels all over the globe, and time she spent admiring nature in all its forms.

We also carry jewellery from independent Indian brands, whom we admire and believe in, and whose values we resonate with.

All our jewellery are made by our partner artisans in Jaipur. Each piece is meticulously crafted by hand using gold plated hypoallergenic metals and natural stones. This makes every piece unique, with no two pieces being the same.

We do our best to be a fair platform for these artisans to showcase and honour their craft.

Most of our jewellery are made from brass, plated in 18k gold for a clean yet rustic finish. We also carry pieces made from 92.5 or sterling silver.

Some of the natural stones we use in our collections include amazonite, chalcedony, labradorite (a personal favourite!), lapis lazuli, mother of pearl, and rose quartz to name a few. You can find the specifics for each piece under product description.

Our raw natural stones are sourced ethically and sustainably from countries such as India, Sri Lanka and Madagascar.

We also recycle and repurpose materials from old, unsold styles whenever we can for our new collections. We strive to work in a closed loop production as part of our sustainability pledge.

While our jewellery is crafted to last, you also need to give the piece some love to help it stand the test of time.

Make sure to store your jewellery in a dry place, away from moisture and extreme temperature. We also recommend taking your jewellery off when you wash up or shower, and only to be worn after you prep to minimise damage from perfumes and/or other liquids.

PLACING ORDERS

Once you've successfully completed your purchase, we'll send you an order confirmation email containing your receipt. Make sure to check your junk mail or spam folder in case you can't find it!

Otherwise, please email us at info@allthatdori.com and we'll resend this to you.

We accept payment via Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, AMEX and Paypal. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available for all orders placed in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

If you're having trouble paying for your order, please email us at info@allthatdori.com so we can help with alternative modes of payment.

Cashew is a payment method that allows you to split your payment in interest-free instalments.

To use Cashew to pay, simply select the option upon checkout. You can choose to split the amount into three instalments, or pay after 14 days.

Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping. Just make sure to give us a heads up so we can sort this out for you immediately, as we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Your refund will be processed through your mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

Yes, we do. All our jewellery comes with a bespoke pouch for storing. Gift boxes are also available upon request.

Simply note your request upon checkout. Alternatively, you can email us with your order number at info@allthatdori.com and we'll arrange this for you.

Yes, we do. Our gift cards come in five denominations for every budget. Definitely a great way to surprise your loved one (or yourself!)

While we're sad to see you unsatisfied with your order, we're more than happy to assist you with this.

If there's an issue with your order, please email us at info@allthatdori.com within 10 days to request for return or exchange. Items must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and unworn, to be eligible for replacement. Customer will shoulder all fees of the shipment, including the replacement.

Due to COVID-19, we only accept returns for store credit as of now.

All items purchased on sales are deemed final. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Yes, most pieces are available to pre-order unless otherwise stated.

If there's a piece you're interested in placing a pre-order for but can't find on our website, please email us at info@allthatdori.com and we'll see what we can do for you.

Made-to-order pieces take around 4-7 weeks to be made and delivered.

We'll send you an email as soon as your pre-order is ready to be dispatched.

Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled and refunded once they go into production.

SHIPPING

We're pleased to tell you that we offer free shipping for all orders in UAE and Saudi Arabia. No minimum purchase required!

Yes, we do. We ship worldwide via DHL. The cost depends per country and/or region, and will automatically be calculated upon checkout.

If you're unable to find your country on the list, please email us at info@allthatdori.com and we'll see what we can do.

Orders usually take within 1-3 working days for UAE, and within a week for Saudi Arabia to be delivered.

International orders on the other hand, usually take around 7-10 working days depending on the destination country and/or region. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, please expect delays with international orders.

We are not liable for any delays caused by customs.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges depending on the destination country.

Customer will be liable for all import duties and charges, as we do not cover this cost.
