Shipping policy

Shipping is free for all orders in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

UAE

Please allow 1-3 working days for orders to arrive. Same day delivery is also available for Dubai orders only at an additional charge of AED 25. Orders must be placed before 4PM UAE Standard Time (GMT+4) to avail this service.

SAUDI ARABIA

Please allow 5-7 working days for orders to arrive. However, please note orders may take longer due to COVID-19 restrictions. We are also not liable for any delays caused by customs.

REST OF THE WORLD

We ship worldwide via DHL and other leading trusted couriers. International orders typically take around 7-10 working days to arrive depending on the country/region. We charge a flat-rate fee for shipping depending on the destination location, ranging from AED 50 to AED 70. This is calculated automatically upon checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges depending on the destination country. Customer will be liable for all import duties and charges, as we do not cover this cost.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Made-to-order orders typically take around 4-6 weeks to be made and shipped. We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched.
